Free fitting service policy: free fitting service is available within 3 working days on applicable locks, subject to terms and conditions available applicable within old city(Y). not available(N) = fitment extra charge.

For any damage to the door, while fitting a lock on the door other than wood, the company is not responsible.

After the lock is fitted, if it is not the carpenter’s fault or the company’s fault and the lock is damaged by the customer, he will have to pay extra charges for lock repair.
