For all the products falling under the warranty table. In case of functionality complaints, boss office will approve replacement after physical verification. Replacement is given through distributor/dealer, subject to submission of original invoice copy.

For complaints that are received after the warranty time, the product needs to be purchased.

The warranty is applicable for the product which is manufactured/supplied by boss. If manufacturing defects occur within the duration of the warranty period, such defective parts will be repaired or replaced by the boss at its sole discretion.

In case repair or replacement is carried out, the period of warranty would continue from the original date of purchase.

Replaced parts/products would be the property of company.

The surface finish and shades of the product are not covered under this warranty.

If the product is fitted on a noon wood door by welding/gluing, the warranty of the product will not be available.
